International Premiere – 24th Tokyo International Film Festival (TIFF)

BE PART OF THE INTERNATIONAL PREMIERE!
“The Power Of Two” will hold its international premiere as part of the 24th Tokyo International Film Festival (TIFF), the only Japanese film festival accredited by the International Federation of Film Producers Associations (FIAPF). TIFF has played an integral role in Japan’s film industry and cultural scene since its establishment in 1985. The festival will be held from October 22nd through October 30th 2011 in Tokyo.
Public screening of “The Power of Two” will be held on October 23rd and 27th and the industry screening on October 26th in downtown Tokyo (details below). Q&As with Isa, director/producer Marc Smolowitz & producer Andrew Byrnes will occur following these screenings.

『ザ・パワー・オブ・ツー』 第24 回東京国際映画祭 公式出品決定のお知らせ
この度、米国のドキュメンタリー映画『ザ・パワー・オブ・ツー』は、第24 回東京国際映画祭（開催期間2011 年10 月22 日～10月30 日）の公式出品作品に決定いたしました。今回の上映は、米国以外でのインターナショナル・プレミアとなり、ワールドシネマ部門での上映となります。本作品は、アカデミー賞®ドキュメンタリー部門ノミネートの実績を持つ、マーク・スモロウィッツ監督の作品であり、2011 年8 月には、米アカデミー賞®選考上映会として知られる、DocuWeeks™にも選出されました。映画祭期間中は、スモロウィッツ監督、本作出演のイサベル・ステンツェル・バーンズ、プロデューサーのアンドリュー・バーンズの来日が決定しています。
