THE POWER OF TWO & the Games
Inspired by the story of identical twin sisters, double lung transplant recipients and Transplant Games veterans Anabel and Isabel Stenzel, THE POWER OF TWO is a documentary film coming in 2011 that will engage and inspire audiences around the world by conveying a fundamental truth: There is a miracle in every breath.
The 2010 National Kidney Foundation U.S. Transplant Games:, a biannual competition hosted by the National Kidney Foundation, is the nation’s largest gathering for the organ donation community. THE POWER OF TWO’s Director, Academy Award nominee Marc Smolowitz, comes to Madison to follow the Stenzel Twins and Team NorCal, and capture their and others’ stories about the miracle of breath and organ transplantation in the film’s final major shoot.
Video-Grams
Inside its PowerStudio at the Games Expo, THE POWER OF TWO filmed over one hundred “Video-Grams,” where athletes, donor family members, and others recorded a 2 minute video sharing their insights about how their transplant experience shows that “there is a miracle in every breath.” These powerful videos will be compiled for a special Games feature on ThePowerOfTwoMovie.com. See our Facebook event for more details!
