All sponsorship levels include a copy of “The Power of Two: A Twin Triumph Over Cystic Fibrosis” (Univ. of Missouri 2007) or “Mirakuru Tsuinz: Nanbyou wo norikoeta Futago no Kizuna” (Iwanami Shoten 2009), and a commemorative “Miracle Twins” Japan Tour 2009 t-shirt.  Multiple books and/or t-shirts are negotiable.
