Ana and Isa leave central Tokyo for the first time on their tour for a quick visit to Kawasaki. The next day, producer and director Marc Smolowitz goes to Roppongi to interview some stakeholders in the conversation about organ transplant in Japan. Then the whole crew speeds off on a bullet train to Sendai to support CF patients at a charity concert.
