Cystic fibrosis patients taking Zenpep™ (pancrelipase) Delayed-Release Capsules for exocrine pancreatic insufficiency may be eligible for a new program from Eurand Pharmacueticals, Inc. that offers points toward the CF products and equipment they use every day.
ZENPEP is a prescription medicine for people who cannot digest food normally because their pancreas does not make enough enzymes. The U.S. Food and Drug Administration approved the drug in August.
Under Eurand’s Z-Points program, each prescription for ZENPEP can earn a patient points toward such products as a Trio® handset or nebulizer, SourceCF vitamins, NUTRA/Shakes® and other snacks and equipment. Patients enrolled in the program can start redeeming their Z-Points as soon as their first prescription for ZENPEP has been verified.
