Pics from Todaiji in Nara, Japan

We took a day to visit the ancient capital of Japan, Nara. There we went to Todaiji, an beautiful old temple housing the famous giant Buddha statue ‘Daibutsu.’ The temple also happens to be home to a great number of free roaming deer, which may try to eat your shirt if you don’t give them crackers! The area of Nara was visited is like a city of holy places. It seems like we walked all day, and there was still more to see.
